Infusion therapy

What is an infusion therapy?

Chemotherapy is used for serious, long-term diseases, such as cancer. Continuous infusions are frequently necessary as a part of this.

The patient is often admitted to hospital or will spend several hours a day in a day clinic just to be given these infusions.

Using the Surefuser™+ the patient can remain in his familiar, domestic environment during difficult periods of his illness.

How does the Surefuser™+ work in an infusion therapy?

The Surefuser™+ is a portable elastomer pump that ensures a continuous infusion. It is independent of external power supplies.

Due to contraction of the filled elastomer balloon the infusion solution moves into the infusion line. The flow restrictor in the infusion line ensures the desired infusion rate.

The Surefuser™+ is easy to fill, operates silently and reliably and supports the patient in the infusion therapy he requires.

What product variants are available for the Surefuser™+ infusion system?
