    • Führung des Teams von Biometrikern und statistischen Programmierern
    • Statistisch-methodische Konzeption globaler klinischer Entwicklungsprogramme
    • Mitarbeit bei der statistischen Planung, Auswertung und Berichterstattung klinischer Studien der Phasen I bis III
    • Beteiligung an Due Diligences zur Beurteilung potenzieller Produkte
    • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung interner Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards 
    • Vertretung der Statistik bei regulatorischen Behörden wie z. B. EMA, FDA, PMDA
    • Einbringen der fachlichen Expertise als Teil der cross-funktionalen Projektteams aus Wissenschaft und Marketing 
    • Studium der Fachrichtung Statistik, medizinische Biometrie oder Mathematik 
    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in der klinischen Entwicklung in der Pharmaindustrie
    • Umfassende Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen an Statistik und Statistischer Programmierung
    • Erfahrung mit CDISC-Datenstandards, Statistischer Programmierung mit SAS & R und anderen gängigen statistischen Spezial-Software-Paketen
    • Versiert in statistischen Methoden der Phase II und III sowie der frühen klinischen Forschung (Dosis-Wirkung-Modellierung, popPK-Modelle, pharmakometrischer Modellierung, BV/BE-Studien) und bayesianische Methoden
    • Menschenorientierte Führungsfähigkeit
    • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise
    • Souveränes Auftreten verbunden mit Freude am Arbeiten im Team
    • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
