- Strategische und operative Leitung des Bereiches Global Pricing and Market Access mit 6 Mitarbeitern
- Auf- und weiterer Ausbau eines internationalen Market Access Netzwerkes mit in- und externen Stakeholdern
- Steuerung globaler Preisfestsetzungs- und Erstattungsstrategien sowie Management von Market Access Strategien über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Vertretung des Unternehmens bei wichtigen HTA-Gremien und Entscheidungsträgern
- Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und Compliance im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Integration der regionalen/ lokalen Market Access-Teams zur Entwicklung länderspezifischer Preis- und Reimbursementstrategien
- Versiert in der Kommunikation komplexer Zusammenhänge in Deutsch und Englisch
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Gesundheitsökonomie, Health Management oder vergleichbar
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie im internationalen Market Access-Umfeld inklusive der Kooperation mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der innovativen Lösungsfindung, strategischen Analyse und Planung, auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der crossfunktionalen, globalen Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Teams
